“In Good Company”
A Regional Business Collective
Starting in March of 2026, Karen Roertgen will be facilitating monthly meetings of In Good Company, a new business alliance sponsored by the Pepperell Economic Development Advisory Committee. Our vision is that Pepperell and surrounding communities will thrive as their business owners and other professionals engage in collective learning, growth and communal action for the common good.
We will be convening small business owners and other professionals to present, for the edification of others, their personal stories of planning, starting, operating or expanding a business Our goal is that these presentations will cultivate purposeful dialogue, meaningful connections and stronger collaborations between purpose-aligned individuals or organizations. Additionally, we will explore leadership skills which contribute to success, and which can empower the participants to be change agents in their communities.
Aspiring high school or college students and other entrepreneurial minded individuals of any age are welcome at any and all of these events!
The meetings will be held at the Lawrence Library in Pepperell on the following dates:
